No, Flexera, like Snow, follows a roadmap process that communicates plans for the next two quarters to customers. We will execute on the roadmap that has already been communicated for Q1 and Q2 2024. Future roadmap updates will be shared quarterly, at the beginning of a quarter for the respective current and next quarter.
It is important to remember that roadmaps regularly change as Product Managers routinely review the roadmap to ensure we are meeting the needs of our customers, partners, and market. These reviews sometimes result in priorities shifting out from one quarter to the next. This is part of a normal software development process and would happen even if this acquisition did not occur.
And of course, you can continue to submit ideas for product enhancements and work with the product teams to shape the direction of the roadmap.

However, we will give you plenty of notice before any changes are implemented to ensure any changes provide benefits for you.
Based on customer demand, Flexera may offer a conversion program in the future from SLM to Flexera One if customers would like to explore Flexera One ITAM solution as an upgrade path.
