Flexera’s SaaS management products provide SaaS discovery and usage data, including verified usage, to help identify unused licenses and security risks. Further information about this is available here.

When installed on your device the following information may be identified:

• The URL of websites visited,
• The date and time the website was visited, and
• Details of the device, or user account, used.

This information is used solely for licensing purposes. Flexera cannot access, and does not record, or transmit, the content of your browsing sessions. Once the data detailed above is identified it is obfuscated, encrypted, and relayed to your device administrator. Once the information has been transmitted it is erased from your device. The information which is collected is never visible to Flexera.
