MSPs can allocate cloud costs for each customer to a single Flexera customer organization, managing multiple accounts across AWS, Azure EA and Google Cloud. End customers can selectively ingest cloud spend from their own or shared payer accounts into their Flexera customer organization.

Flexera leverages a SaaS platform, which is designed to offer customers a broad range of capabilities aligned to driving value from their IT investments, whether on-premises, SaaS, cloud or hybrid technologies.

The value that Flexera provides is derived from having a trusted source of clean, normalized data. Our data lakehouse architecture enables us to offer a range of capabilities and exposure to this data via GraphQL APIs to enable our partners to deliver their own solutions built upon this data, enabling differentiated go-to-market offerings to be built on top of a single platform.

Implementation of CCO for an MSP customer takes two forms. If they are part of the MSP's primary account, they will simply “show up” and only require a few specific modifications to their account to ensure they are placed in the desired hierarchy. If a separate tenant is needed then the process is not much longer (e.g., a few hours to do bill connection and associated credential requirement configuration while data is flowing).

Flexera provides a range of options for training, ensuring that MSPs and their customers can learn in a way that is most aligned to their personal learning style. The Flexera Learning Center provides on-demand, self-paced courses covering Cloud Management Platform, Cloud Cost Optimization, and Cloud Migration and Modernization. The courses include a partner certification learning track, which concludes with an examination to ensure participants have a solid understanding of how to implement and use our technology. 

Our partner enablement team and professional services function can also deliver instructor-led training (either online or in person at a location of your choosing), and these courses are tailored to meet your specific training needs. 

Flexera offers support to our customers to interact with our Technical Support Engineers in English via phone and email. Our web-based support portal also allows participants to as submit, update, and check the real-time status of open support incidents. We have more than 80 support engineers located in six locations around the world, which enables us to provide our partners and customers with 24-hour support when needed.
