Gartner Peer Insights Customers’ Choice is based solely on feedback from verified end-users. The recognition considers overall user rating as well as the number of reviews published in the past 12 months. Snow received 163 reviews, the most in the SAM category, with a 4- or 5-star rating from 90% of our users as of April 15, 2019.
